An Incredible Community Supper , on Saturday, February 4th at 6:00pm at Shining Waters Marina in Upper Tantallon,
Select Nova Scotia is partnering with several local organizations in the St. Margaret’s Bay community who share a common interest and passion for appetizing, mouth-watering cuisine created with foods locally grown. Chefs of the Flying Apron Cookery will prepare a winter gourmet meal made with locally grown foods.
The evening will feature live music, a cash bar, and host FRED Conners - entrepreneur, urban farmer and beauty expert, well-known proprietor of FRED. beauty food art. Also speaking during the evening will be Dave Adler from “Off the Hook” fishery, John Duynisveld from Holdanca Farms, and Patricia Bishop from Taproot Farms.
Tickets are $15.00 and must be purchased in advance from Redmond’s Hardware or The UPS Store in the Hubley Centre. Tickets are limited so you’'ll want to get them early. Info: 826-1158 and www.selectnovascotia.ca
